Functions and Features:

• Automatic paper feeding with pneumatic wide conveyer reduces labor intensity and makes it easy to readjust the expansion force when paper of a different quality is feed.
• The function of automatic machine halts when paper shortage or the function of prompting for resuming paper feeding may be added.
• The tissue with double-side embossing and glue compound will be softer than that of with single-side embossing. The finished products shone the same effect on both sides, and will not separate each other when being used. It, in particular, is suitable for processing package paper towels in kitchen.
• With the new double-roll technique, the product will be rolled up first tightly and then more loosely during the double roll process. Thus, different degrees of tightness can be realized at different phases of processing, and the phenomenon that scroll separates from paper element when the product lays in stores doesn’t take place again.
• Automatic exchange of pipes and conveying products. It can be adjusted for every paper pipe with dimensions between ?25~ ?55mm.
• Rewinding with high-speed(100-160meters/min) ,that is, it will complete reminder and automatically send each of the rolls every 10-20 seconds. Automatic trimming, glue spray and sealing tear when paper is rolled into the band saw, cut off and packed so that enhance the effectiveness.
